JAKE PAUL is well know for his wind-up antics – and he’s started on Anthony Joshua.
The former heavyweight world champion is heading into the ring with the YouTuber-turned-boxer in a showdown that is set to net both men multi-millions.
It is reported that they will share a £100milion prize pot for their controversial bout next month in Miami.
The duo will go toe-to-toe on December 19 with SunSport revealing that Paul, 28, is set to share the purse evenly with AJ meaning he is in line to pocket £50m.
It’s not the first time that Paul has tried to provoke reaction from an opponent in the build-up to a bout and he’s taken a fresh swing at Joshua.
He uploaded a series of crude ‘pictures’ online to try and get in the head of the 36-year-old.
The snaps consist of Paul in a number of different locations with a cut-out of Joshua including in the shower captioned: “I love dropping the W soap”.
Another graphic image follows with the caption reading: “He’s playing sexual pranks – not happy about this one.”
Posting the images to his 28.2mililon followers he accompanied the ‘shots’ with a few words that read: “The last slide is Ai but this was a fun weekend adventure”
Other uploads involving Paul and the AJ cut-out include a shot from his bed reading ‘my happy place’ and others outside at his swimming pool, in his car and out at what appears to be a restaurant.
Speaking after the fight was announced, Paul claimed: “This isn’t an AI simulation. This is Judgement Day.
“A professional heavyweight fight against an elite world champion in his prime.
“When I beat Anthony Joshua, every doubt disappears, and no one can deny me the opportunity to fight for a world title.
“To all my haters, this is what you wanted. To the people of the United Kingdom, I am sorry.”
Joshua added: “Jake or anyone can get this work. No mercy.
“I took some time out and I’m coming back with a mega show. It’s a big opportunity for me.
“Whether you like it or not, I’m here to do massive numbers, have big fights and break every record whilst keeping cool, calm and collected.
“Mark my words, you’ll see a lot more fighters take these opportunities in the future. I’m about to break the internet over Jake Paul’s face.”
